At present we have four questions (see attachment), one of which relates to "Stay in Touch"" (mailing list) and three which relate to terms and conditions which customers have to acknowledge by ticketing the corresponding box to confirm acceptance. All are shown below the "Stay In Touch" header.

We need these separated out please, which I understand is possible.

Happy with "Stay in Touch" being the title/header for the mailing list question.

Could the second title/header please say "Important Information".
