Automatically remove products from basket if the tickets are removed
Where products are linked to a performance, if the tickets are removed from the basket, the product[s] should automatically be removed as well to ensure they are not purchased for the wrong performance

Customise Scheduled Reports Cover Email
Would be terrific to have the ability to customise the cover email that is sent with scheduled reports so that the company logo (rather than or in addition to Lineup) can be included and the contact details can be the internal ones (e.g LW Theatres) so that our external partners don't go directly to Lineup with report queries if we can fix them at our end.

Link variants to each other
Ability to say variants must be next to each other, for example a complimentary PA ticket must be booked adjacent to the access or full price variant.

Cap orders per CRM
Ability to restrict a CRM to making a fixed number of bookings - for example, it's been noted that access patrons are making multiple bookings per performance and claiming multiple PA's and access rates when they're only supposed to have 1. Cap at performance and event level.

Visibility rules on products
Same functionality as on a show. This would allow us to: Utilise dynamic pricing alongside the parameter's set at show level. Utilise tags to offer products just to access patrons, e.g. touch tours which currently appear in the main booking flow.

Status Column to Show First Action Rather than Most Recent in Email Audit
It would be helpful to know if anyone else would benefit from this or if they have an argument to keep it as is. We seem to be getting an increase in people claiming they don't receive their emails and tickets prior to the performance and so aren't turning up and demanding refunds. I think as long as the tickets or confirmation are sent in time then our responsibility has ended however being able to see if a customer opened their confirmations prior to the performance time could support our argument for refusing these refunds. Does anyone else agree / disagree? Is this possible?
