The following enhancements are now live and available for use:
Doors on Venue Plans with merge tag support
We’ve added support for door information on the Venue Plan at the Block, Section, Area and Row. You can now specify entry/exit door details (e.g. 'Entrance A') directly within your venue plan configuration, making it easier to guide customers to the right location.
What’s new:
  • A new 'Door' field is available within the Venue Plan builder on the dashboard.
  • This information can be included on customer emails or tickets via new merge tags.
  • Helps improve arrival flow and customer experience, especially for larger venues.
Example:
If a customer books seats in the Stalls with a door specified as 'Entrance B', this info will now appear in their confirmation email or ticket using the appropriate merge tag.

Parent transaction reference for an order which is exchanged or refunded
We’ve introduced a new merge tags to help identify the parent transaction when an order is exchanged or refunded, giving you better control over how transactional emails are presented to customers.
What's new
  • A new transaction information tag
    TRANSACTION.PARENT_REFERENCE
    has been added and is available for use.

Inventory Report
We’ve introduced a new Inventory Report designed to give customers more control and visibility over seat-level performance data, and is available to all Line-Up customers.
What’s new
  • Breakdown of total capacity with seats sold,
  • Includes key fields such as full price level, and event name.
