The following enhancements are now live and available for use:
Barcode Scanner feedback
We are enhancing barcode scanning operation, this release adds feedback to the scanner handset, improving visibility and usability for the venue front of house team.
What's new
We now have four colour states for barcode scanner screens:
Network Error - Grey
This state will show when there is a problem retrieving the barcode.

Success - Green
This state will show when the barcode is valid and has been successfully.scanned.

Warning - Amber
This state will show when the barcode is valid but has already been scanned.

Failure - Red
This state will show when the barcode is invalid.

Customer Order Details page
We have made a number of changes to the customer order details page as we continue to improve usability, and ensure that the right data is available.
What's new
On clicking through from the Orders list to view a customer order details, you will see the following:
Customer phone number
- When the customer has added a phone number during their purchase, this will now be displayed in the 'Customer Details' section.Customer address
- The address field in the 'Customer Details' section has now been collapsed to a single line to minimise the space taken up on the screen.Venue name
- This has now been added alongside the Event name and performance date/time in the item details section.Barcode scanned
- When a barcode has been successfully scanned OR the manually redeemed, a green check mark will display alongside the seat that has been scanned in the item details section.
Barcode scanned hover over
- Hovering over the check mark will show the date and time of the redemption.
Reporting
We have also added some additional enhancements to reporting:
Orders
'Transaction Item Name' has been added along side 'Transaction Item Kind' to improve visibility.

Inventory
Two new metrics have been added, 'Percentage Remaining' and 'Capacity Remaining', driving to improve usability.
