Hi Barnaby. Looking back at this one - on the confirmation page there is the following messaging for all delivery methods:
Your Tickets
Please have these tickets ready to scan on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.
This is causing issues at venues for non e-ticket orders.
For postal, cobo etc. please can we manipulate this messaging. It would be great to set this when setting up a delivery method. Examples: 'Your tickets will be sent by post, and should be received a week prior to the show' or 'Your tickets will be ready to collect when you arrive at the venue, please take your photo ID'.

Niall Sanderson: I think this is a great idea. I have added as a new card here so you can track it: https://line-up.canny.io/feature-requests/p/edit-delivery-instructions-per-delivery-method

It would also be very useful if the customer information collected could be dependent on the delivery method.
We want to keep our checkout process as short as possible, for for e-tickets/PAH First, Last and Email is fine. If postal delivery was active on the event, and the customer choses this, only then is an address requested.
