e.g 1. If a customer buys more than one voucher (or a box office may need to issue numerous for a charity scheme or partnership scheme) can the voucher code appear in the basket? If there is then a reason to return a voucher or search for it's remaining value, it is easier to identify the voucher that should be returned if the voucher code is visible.

e.g 2 If a customer has bought a voucher but can't locate the voucher code we can search by customer name or email, find the code in the transaction and use this to search for the remaining amount or validity.
