This would be really useful - i genuinly can't believe its not here already. Ideally the scanner screen would light up 'green' if the qr codes relates to the correct time/date (i.e. today), and red if a future date or similar.

It would also be hugely helpful if the "ticket type" was visible so that we can easily direct customers to their seats

Raymond Bate Hi Raymond, thank you! I imagine it might differ between productions, but for example our show has multiple different seating zones (or price bands) that customers can choose, and which our staff need to identify at box office in order to make sure the customer ends up in the right place. Similarly, if a show had dedicated seats, then ideally the seat number would show up upon scanning for the same reason. Does that explain any better?

If there was a way (sound, colour, message) that additional things like products or access customers could be flagged in this then this would also be a huge help and something we haven't had before but is becoming more and more relevant
