Currently we have Seat map applied to of our show, however requires extensive manual work and resource to apply appropriate seating and avoid multiple bookings on tables where tables are private for an intimate experience.
Please can this be explored with recommendations provided around development work and rules that could be applied to resolve the following:
  • Exclusivity of tables
  • Filter by group size to show best seats
  • Area booking which would allow customer to book into an area rather than a specific seat (rule could be by ticket type?)
  • Potential rule to prompt messaging to customers should they attempt to book a VIP booth or table with less ticket purchases than the booth/table capacity (i.e. 2 tickets on a table of 4)
  • Seat map to recognise and allocate seating for any pre existing sales made prior introduction of seat map functionality to prevent manual and high risk process of seat holds
