Though this function is available through Line Up, having the payment reminder email set against the expiry date of the reservation would be better than the performance date or the initial enquiry date.

At the moment, email schedules are only set according to time of performance or transaction completion.

Request to set emails to send at a certain point before when a reservation is set to expire.

Agreed! This would be a massive benefit as we currently send manual emails to customers to remind them that their reservation is expiring.

Hannah Finch we do the exact same and it's very time consuming and requires lots of admin.
