The ability to add tags in customer profiles (e.g. member) which pull through to all orders made by customers, and can be reported on.

Currently with our customers who've purchased a membership, that 'lives' in a specific order, which makes it hard to report on the purchases they've made, or for member discounts to be applied to future bookings unless they flag it at the point of sale. If the membership lived in their customer profile somewhere (preferably with an expiry date), it could pull through to all their bookings and things wouldn't get missed, and it would make it much easier to report on their purchases.
