We really liked the online check-in option in the old Line-Up as ticket scanning doesn't work well with our small venue (super long wait time because people can't find their tickets, bad 4G signal in our area etc). We also liked being able to keep track of how many people has been checked in because it helps front-of-house with audience management, knowing when to start the show etc - currently you can't see how many people have been checked in and you can't count on a long list either!
