Is there a way we can access/view whether customer emails sent from line up are successfully delivered/read/opened by guests.

We really liked the online check-in option in the old Line-Up as ticket scanning doesn't work well with our small venue (super long wait time because people can't find their tickets, bad 4G signal in our area etc). We also liked being able to keep track of how many people has been checked in because it helps front-of-house with audience management, knowing when to start the show etc - currently you can't see how many people have been checked in and you can't count on a long list either!

When customers book online and use a discount code, can there be an acknowledgement of discount code use - e.g. a price label change on ticket in the order summary, or a pop up (or both)?

For any channel in my account I can create a booking link for just that channel i.e. it loads the data that the selected channel has access to, rather than the standard channel that is connected to the booking flow. This will enable me to create a booking link that displays different data to my regular booking flow, for example if I want to make different events, performances or prices available on the booking link, but not on my regular booking flow

Currently can't access customer opt-ins on Reporting, e.g. whether they opted in for marketing, Gift Aid donation etc. Makes it difficult to export customers to MailChimp or do Gift Aid returns.
