In the scenario where a customer has placed an order with an incorrect email address, but they already have a customer profile with the correct email address, I want to be able to merge the order into the existing customer profile so it has the correct email address and delete the customer profile with the incorrect email address

Add notes to customer profile

Seeing and linking to all a customer's past and current orders from their customer profile page

Is there a way we can access/view whether customer emails sent from line up are successfully delivered/read/opened by guests.
