Ability to set delivery methods at a global level (like adjusters) and then tick which to add to your show/product rather than building them every time.

Group confirmation emails are too long due to listing each individual seat on a separate line. The ideal scenario would be for the Event Name and performance date/time on one line and area, row and seat range on the next line repeating only if there is a new row or price variant or band. Event name and performance date would only repeat if it were a new performance in the basket e.g Matilda Saturday 11th May 7:30pm Seats Price Per Ticket Stalls E 10-20 £45 Stalls F 1-9 £45 Stalls F10-20 £35 Total Tickets 31 £46,789.00 Hercules Sunday 12th May 3:30pm Seats Price Per Ticket Royal Circle A 12-23 £50 Grand Circle B23-30 £50 Total Tickets 20 £765,633

We need to know how many tickets are in the basket at every stage of the booking process, especially if it's a large group booking that has been reserved or completed.

We'd like to be able to include a link in the pre-event emails we send to customers where they can self-upgrade their tix, if they wish to, paying any difference in price

Order tickets in ascending order and alphabetical going from top to bottom not as it now e.g. from top downwards, Stalls J1, J2, J3, J4, K1, K2, K3, K4, L1, L2, L3, L4

Be able to input the number of products you wish to add, rather than having to click individually.

The ability to control where an individual price variant appears on the listing of variants within a price table by moving/clicking and dragging it as an individual item. In this way, we could see, for example, all Access and Essential Companion variants listed together within the price table, making the viewing and management of those multiple variants easier and much more user friendly.

e.g 1. If a customer buys more than one voucher (or a box office may need to issue numerous for a charity scheme or partnership scheme) can the voucher code appear in the basket? If there is then a reason to return a voucher or search for it's remaining value, it is easier to identify the voucher that should be returned if the voucher code is visible. e.g 2 If a customer has bought a voucher but can't locate the voucher code we can search by customer name or email, find the code in the transaction and use this to search for the remaining amount or validity.
