Reference Numbers of perhaps 7-8 characters would be easier for a customer to recite to us when looking up a booking. There has been a lot of feedback from users and customers about this.

Often when we have a box or table/booth arrangement we want to implement a rule that means you can only buy the whole area not individual seats so a box of 4 would only be available to buy as 4 seats. Currently we manage this with separate price bands for boxes of 2, 3, 4, 5 etc and a basket validation rule.

Visibility rules on Delivery Methods such as: COBO - Lottery - make visible if Price Variant/band/discount is xxx - make visible if availability status is xxx Post - uk - make visible if sales date is xxx days before performance This would allow us to offer post and restrict certain customers that might need to provide ID at the box office e.g student rush customers

Main Issue Report that a common tactic is being used to avoid single seat rules. The one noted is that you open two browsers and select the end seat, then open up a different browser then pick up the remaining single and purchase as normal then release the original held seat. There are many forums that discuss how to get around rules on various theatres websites, so it is easy to find out this information if you look hard enough. I have created a small Jam video of the easiest way to leave a singe. You simply add one seat into your basket and then open a new browser (from a different provider) and then pick up the remaining single and purchase as normal. It could be a case of having an alternative pop up appear staying “Your selection is likely to leave a single seat at this time, please select an alternative option. If no other options are available please contact us.” When it comes to Allocations, we need some way of ticking the status as either “Act as Sold” or “Act as Open”. Things like Producer House Seats, LW House Seats, Creative Holds, Revenue Holds etc. should be classed as “Act as Sold” and thinks like Internet Allocations, Inventory Allocations, etc. should be “Act as Open.”

Ability to restrict a CRM to making a fixed number of bookings - for example, it's been noted that access patrons are making multiple bookings per performance and claiming multiple PA's and access rates when they're only supposed to have 1. Cap at performance and event level.

For scenarios where the event should not appear in the customer facing booking flow

The ability to set up event-specific booking flows on the dashboard.

To sit underneath or to link from the Booking Info at the bottom of the plan so that customers can read detailed venue access information without needing to leave the booking flow.

Ability to say variants must be next to each other, for example a complimentary PA ticket must be booked adjacent to the access or full price variant.
