Add ability to search for discounts

Show the history or actions related to a seat: Transactions Changes in band Allocations / holds

Tick box to select which items you want to exchange / refund before starting the exchange so you don't need to remove items from the basket

The ability to batch print tickets based upon filters including delivery method, event, date, time etc. Useful for COBO as well as postal dispatch.

Add customer search / look up to box office flow

When Theatres have multiple shows, order them by date not alphabetically

In the box office when changing the band of a seat - show the full list of available price bands with their prices
