Feature requests

We would like to be able to pull a performance report that shows all items in a basket but can be filtered to only those that either: 1) contain products or 2) have transaction notes. We can currently filter this way but the report does not also show the seat numbers even if all items are in the same transaction basket.

Currently we have the option to set next 7 days and next 30 days but being able to customise this field i.e next xx days would be helpful as we are sometimes asked for quite specific timelines

I was recently asked for this by a producer. They would like to be able to see the % sold and remaining for any given performance in reports

In Inventory Reports, to select what is considered 'Full Face Value'

Being able to report on coupons used on a booking (in Orders as well as Performance reports) would allow us to see how many tickets were sold via a certain promotion e.g we may use two different coupon codes for the same discount and want to see which one sells more effectively. e.g Discount is 50% off for Drama School students Coupons are: RADA50 LAMDA50 MOUNT50 URDANG50

We are often asked by promoters to send a list of holds (allocations, availabilities) and to group them by price bands. This field would be helpful in availability reports so it could appear as: LWT House Seats: Premium 5 Band A 3 Band B 7 Producer Holds Premium 2 Band A 5 Band B 2 and so on....

Setting up reports at event level and having them accessible from events page. I.e. clicking into event, having a reports tab with all reports that are linked with that event.

Need to set up template reports that can be copied and modified by clients.

Report pullable by performance, for seats set to a specific allocation, detailing Area / Row / Seat Number and Price (Price Variant Full Price). Should display range of seats rather than list individually.
